Maureen came to sweep rowing while in college here in Washington D.C. and then learned to scull in France while studying abroad.  After college, Maureen competed in club crew in Washington D.C. (coincidentally with Coach Beth!) and then later with Alexandria Community Rowing.  Always with an eye to coaching, Maureen retired from The World Bank Group in 2019 and came to coach Titan Novice Women and also coaches Summer and Fall Novice Crew here at Dee Campbell. 

When not coaching, Maureen enjoys all water sports: open water distance swimming, recreational sculling, triathlon, competes with an outrigger canoe team in Washington, DC. and searches for the perfect Hawaiian shaved ice.
